By downloading or using Konvo AI, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the app.

What Konvo is

Konvo is a self-improvement app that drills conversation skills using AI-generated practice scenarios. It is not therapy, dating advice, medical advice, or a replacement for human connection. Results vary. The app is provided as-is.

Subscription

Konvo offers auto-renewing subscriptions: Weekly ($4.99), Monthly ($9.99), Yearly ($99.99 with a 7-day free trial). Prices may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it expires. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

If your free trial ends and you have not cancelled, you will be charged for the first period of your selected plan.

Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policy: support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Konvo to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
Attempt to extract, copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app or its AI prompts.
Use Konvo for any unlawful purpose.
Share account access or attempt to circumvent the paywall.

AI content

Konvo uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate practice scenarios and coaching feedback. AI output can be incorrect, biased, or surprising. Use your judgment. Konvo and its developer are not liable for decisions you make based on AI output.

Every practice partner in the app is generated by a language model. They are not real people and are not based on real people, and no human is reading or replying to your practice conversations.

Konvo is not therapy, counselling, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, or professional relationship advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Scores and feedback are generated by software, not by a qualified professional. If you are struggling with anxiety or distress, please speak to a qualified professional.

If an AI message is offensive or inappropriate, you can report it: press and hold the message in the app and choose "Report this message". Reports go directly to the developer and are used to adjust the model's instructions.

Intellectual property

The app, design, methods library, mascot, and source code are owned by the developer. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial use only. The conversation methods and frameworks in the Library are based on widely-taught communication concepts.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konvo and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continuing to use Konvo after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer's place of residence. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
